Supervisor sign-off

Verified logbook summary
Shows the learner's progress against each pathway as Wavelength recorded it. Counts and dates only.
Scanning the QR code on a certificate or export opens the same check. Wavelength holds no patient identifiers, and checks never show findings or images.
