Cancellation policy

Plans change on clinical rotas. We keep this policy simple.

Transfers

You can transfer once, free of charge, to another date of the same course if you tell us at least 14 days before the course.

Cancellations

• More than 30 days before the course: full refund, less a £50 administration fee.
• 14 to 30 days before the course: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 14 days before the course: no refund. You can send a colleague in your place at no charge.

If we cancel

You choose a full refund or a free transfer to another date.

How to cancel

Email bookings@thewavelength.co.uk with your name and course date. We process refunds within 14 days to the original payment card.
